I had an exceptional experience working with Jack Howatson.
He supported me throughout my brother’s case with genuine kindness, understanding, and compassion. He was always patient, empathetic, and truly cared about what we were going through.
What really stood out was his dedication — he responded to all my messages and emails at any time, even late at night when I shared my worries. He would always reply quickly and reassure me, which gave me so much comfort during a very stressful time.
He also made a real effort to reassure my brother during visits, which meant a great deal to our family. We feel incredibly fortunate that he accepted my brother’s case and worked closely with the excellent barrister Kyri Argyropoulos.
The case was resolved much faster than we ever expected, with a very positive outcome. We are truly grateful and feel very lucky to have had him represent us.
I was recommended to Jack by a friend who had also been very happy with his support and how well he handled her case. That is why I chose him, and I am so glad I did.
