They don’t have any experience in dealing with commercial leases. I had my two commercial leases done with Nabeela. She did not add any tenants protection clause on rent review in tenant favoure. Think before you deal with them.

View this review on GoogleSadly it wont let me give this firm ZERO stars but that is exactly what they deserve. We bought an apartment via Knight Knox in 2023 not only did they fail to pay HMRC the stamp duty, that I had paid to them on completion, for months which resulted in numerous aggressive letters from HMRC and late charges they still have not successfully registered the title deeds to the property causing major issues with lenders. AVOID THIS FIRM AT ALL COSTS.. They are unprofessional, poor communicators, inefficient, lack eye for detail and have zero care for its customers. In response to the below that was subsequently added by the firm, there is nothing factually inaccurate about my review, if you would like to see the letters from HMRC in relation to the stamp duty that wasn’t paid on time then I will happily send them AGAIN but that seems silly as you already have them from me sent by email to resolve the matter multiple times . Just Do better and stop trying to switch blame or justify your poor level of service. And as for that land registry I am a seasoned property buyer and I am fully aware of timescales with land registry, you far exceeded any reasonable level of delay here not because of land registry delays but because of your lack of responses in a timely manner. My review stands and your response perfectly supports my view of avoiding your firm as you have not reached out to me directly but decided to post here nor attempted to apologies or compensate for the errors you made . Maybe try calling me !?
