Not only did he absolutely deliver past any expectations, but he communicated with me throughout the process, never made me feel like an inconvenience- even when in the run up to exchange I called or WhatsApp’d multiple times a day! He was proactive with the buyers (frustratingly slow) solicitor and turned around the indemnities they wanted in less than 2 hours!! He applied common sense and logic throughout and I am so grateful and so glad that Cormac was in my corner to make a very stressful exchange less so.
