Over the last year and a half I have worked with Mark Westwood to for my flat purchase - he was with me for an entire 3 attempts to buy a flat (third times the charm!) and was nothing short of brilliant. He walked me through everything, really levelled with me when I needed and was incredibly professional, thorough and supportive. Its refreshing to feel you have someone genuinely on your side in these processes. I will now be using Mark moving forward as my solicitor for all things in life and couldn't recommend him and Engleharts more highly to all who will hear me!

Even though all of our communication was handled via email and phone calls, Mark and Polly were always attentive, professional, and incredibly responsive – exactly what you need during a home purchase.
As first-time buyers, the process was overwhelming, but Mark took the extra time to explain certain aspects of the legalities in a clear, easy-to-understand manner. When we ran into a minor issue with our lender, Mark managed and resolved it quickly—so much so that we were able to complete on our purchase 1 day early! I can't thank Mark enough for making a naturally stressful time so much easier.

Recently, I was on a complex transaction with a very tight timescale to completion. Tracy was phenomenal, knowledgeable and guided the process to a successful completion against all the odds. View this review on GoogleI cannot recommend Mark Westwood enough for all the support he gave my partner and I in our first house purchase. We had some very tight deadlines and he did a remarkable job to get all the searches completed on time!
He explained everything very clearly (including all the exchanges he was having with the seller's solicitors), responded promptly to our emails and calls, sent all the documentation for our review and really reassured us in this rather complicated process (a rarity to find from horror stories you hear of other people's experiences with solicitors!)
The whole Engleharts team were fantastic. I highly recommend them!
