We were referred to them for independent legal advice and made it clear that we wanted to move things forward quickly. Despite this, it took over a week for anyone to make contact. When they finally did, they sent links to their client portal that simply didn't work.
After we reported the issue, we were told it had been fixed, but the links still didn't work. We contacted them again, only to be met with complete silence and no further response.
This was only for independent legal advice—a relatively straightforward matter. If they can't manage basic communication and onboarding for something this simple, I dread to think what the experience would be like for anyone relying on them for a property sale or purchase.
Poor communication, poor follow-through, and a complete lack of urgency. Avoid.

They were always extremely responsive whenever I needed help. I found email was the quickest way to get a response, and every time I reached out, they replied within minutes with clear and thorough information. Even if calls weren’t always answered straight away, they always came back promptly and never left anything unanswered.
Both Julie and Beth were highly professional, very caring, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They made what is usually a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward from start to finish.
I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough and will definitely be telling all my friends and family to use them!
