I used EG Law for the both the sale and purchase of my house. I mainly dealt with Hannah throughout the process but also spoke to Emma, Caleb and Cherie. I felt that they were great at communicating, answering queries very promptly. It made the process of selling and buying my house feel slightly less stressful! Every query was dealt with promptly, and they managed the entire process with very little need for us to get involved, making what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and well organised.
A special thank you to James Husher and Naomi Phillippo, who were outstanding throughout. Their communication, attention to detail, and proactive approach gave us confidence every step of the way. We also found the firm's online portal and app to be excellent, making it easy to upload documents, track progress, and stay informed.

It was a very stressful and complicated process at times, but Hannah was professional, thorough, and always provided clear advice and support throughout. I really appreciate all the hard work that went into getting everything completed. The completion house card was also a really lovely personal touch and a nice way to mark the end of the journey. They kept us informed throughout, so we always knew what was happening and what the next steps were. Their progress app was especially helpful and made it really easy to keep track of everything.
Hannah was our main point of contact and she was fantastic, but honestly the whole team was great — always helpful, professional and quick to respond.
