I was kept informed throughout, the team’s regard for my urgency was dealt with professionally. After purchase service when enquiries are raised can be frustrating at times but Ehsan always made himself available to quash any concerns I had and provided advice which he wasn’t obliged to do. Unfortunately, the purchase did not go ahead in the end, but I was pleasantly surprised by how fair and understanding they were. They waived their cancellation fees and only charged me for the searches and other costs that had already been incurred.
