View this review on GoogleWe had an excellent experience working with Jo Wooller on the purchase of the freehold of our block of flats from the Crown, after the freehold passed to the Crown by escheat following the previous owner’s dissolution What was initially expected to take up to 10 months was completed in under 4, which was hugely impressive and we are very grateful to Jo for making that happen.
Throughout the process, Jo was consistently responsive, pragmatic, and solutions-focused. Even when a few hiccups arose, Jo handled everything calmly and efficiently, keeping stress to a minimum for everyone involved.

In my case, the firm’s actions gave the appearance that my lease had been lawfully terminated, even though there was no court order, and my £33,000 security deposit was drawn down to zero without proper process.
The handling of this matter fell well below the professional standards expected of regulated solicitors. I have submitted a formal complaint to the Solicitors Regulation Authority and would advise extreme caution.
