View this review on GoogleI don’t normally do negative reviews, but I genuinely do not know how this company is still running - their service is AWFUL.
If you are buying/ selling a property, please do not choose these solicitors!! They were on the other side of the buying process for us and made everything an absolute nightmare. They lost important documents, hardly ever replied, made everything sooo slow and was just so unhelpful. They made our process extremely stressful and unpleasant.
Things only progressed when we put matters into our own hands and done their work (eg. Contacting third parties such as HMRC, management companies and landlords) they would lie and say they were awaiting responses, when as a matter of fact the third parties hadn’t heard from them regarding certain enquiries, not mention they lost the grant of probate!
They are far from professional. They are unhelpful, unlawful and just frankly inexperienced - they need to find a new occupation so they stop messing with people’s lives.
I would recommend anyone who is thinking about choosing these solicitors, to think again, otherwise you will walk away more stressed and anxious than you ever have been.

We have dealt with Natalie this time and found her to be very helpful, easy to talk to, always returned your calls or emails, dealt with any queries we had and on the whole made a difficult process a lot easier, and we are now back with Natalie for the sale of our old property. Thank you.
