It seems that selling a leasehold flat is little short of a nightmare these days, compounded by most solicitors who can't be bothered. I started the process with another law firm who were unable to complete the transaction and this caused tension with the buyer who was after a quick purchase. Luckily I was recommended to Elena Theodosi! Elena was very attentive, proactive and very efficient in completing the sale of the property to both mine and the buyers delight.
