I honestly cannot thank Craig Marsden enough for everything he did during my house sale and purchase. This was my third property transaction, so I thought I knew what to expect from solicitors, but Craig completely exceeded every expectation I had.
From the very beginning, he was exceptional. Professional, knowledgeable, incredibly proactive and always one step ahead. He kept the process moving when others seemed to be causing delays, communicated clearly throughout, and always made himself available to answer questions or provide reassurance. I never felt like just another client on a long list; he genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome and getting the sale over the line.
As someone who is heavily pregnant, the timing and stress surrounding the move could easily have become overwhelming. Craig understood this and went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. There were moments when I felt ready to tear my hair out, and Craig’s calm, practical approach kept everything on track and gave me confidence that things would get done.
What impressed me most was that nothing was ever too much trouble. He was relentlessly hardworking, responsive and determined, and his attention to detail was outstanding. In an industry where good communication can sometimes be hard to find, and pro-active communication normally out of the question; Craig was a breath of fresh air.
Having dealt with several solicitors over the years, I can say without hesitation that Craig is the best conveyancing solicitor I have ever worked with. He is a huge credit to David Blank Furniss, and I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property. If I ever move again, he will be my first phone call.
