Trust and confidentiality are fundamental in any legal relationship, yet in my experience, this was completely disregarded. Sensitive and confidential information relating to my case was disclosed to a third party without my consent or any clear justification.
This breach has caused me significant stress and has undermined my confidence not only in this firm but in the handling of my matter overall. As a client, you expect professionalism, discretion, and adherence to strict ethical standards—none of which were demonstrated here.
I would strongly advise others to think carefully before instructing this firm. Confidentiality is not optional in legal services, and in my case, it was not respected.

Throughout my case, there were repeated inaccuracies in the information I was given, which made an already stressful situation even worse. It often felt like there was a lack of attention to detail and overall competence in handling my matter.Communication was also extremely poor. Emails went unanswered for long periods, and phone calls were rarely returned, leaving me constantly chasing for updates. When I did receive responses, they were sometimes unclear or contained incorrect information, which only added to the confusion. On top of this, I found their fees to be inflated and not reflective of the level of service provided. For the amount charged, I expected a much higher standard of professionalism and reliability. Overall, I was left feeling let down and frustrated by the lack of accuracy, poor communication, and high costs. I would strongly suggest others consider alternative firms.
