Jane handled our sale and purchase together, and neither were straightforward. The buyers’ conveyancers were consistently difficult to deal with, and we had a very tight deadline to meet. Jane kept on top of everything and was always able to quickly respond to questions. Having used other conveyancers previously, we think Jane is the best in the business — can’t recommend her highly enough.

The conveyancing process took around six months, and while it was sometimes difficult to get through by phone due to how busy they were, it was always clear that they were working hard behind the scenes. Whenever we had questions or concerns, they would respond by email and keep us informed on the progress of our case.
A special thank you to Diana, who was always polite, professional, and helpful throughout the journey. There were occasions when we needed to follow up or chase updates, but both Diana and Mica Austin were understanding, courteous, and committed to helping us reach completion successfully.
