Dale & Co were brilliant throughout my house purchase. Nicola and Laura were fast, responsive and always clear about what needed to be done next. After hearing so many horror stories about conveyancing, I was genuinely surprised how smooth they made everything. Highly recommended. 馃ぉ
View this review on GoogleJust to say a massive thanks to Dale and Co. Solicitors of Lincoln for acting on my behalf to sell my late mother-in-laws house. As executor I had all the stress taken away from me because of the efficient and prompt work of these solicitors.
Both the team dealing with the sale of the property and the team who are dealing with the Probate have been absolutely excellent. I have bought and sold a number of houses during my life and this house sale has been the easiest ever. I would highly recommend them for dealing with house sales and probate.
View this review on GoogleDale & Co acted for me when I was selling my property and they were excellent from the start. Jess, Laura-Beth and Nicola couldn't have been more diligent and they blew previous experiences with solicitors out of the water: instant responses to my buyer's solicitor's enquiries; my phone calls; and always helpful and available whenever I needed them. Will definitely be back and referring friends and family!
