A particular concern was the cost of the work. Fees increased way beyond what I reasonably expected, and I did not feel the escalation in costs was clearly explained or proportionate to the progress made on the matter. This left me feeling uncomfortable and uncertain about the value being provided.
It also placed doubts in my mind about the honesty of the service.
Overall, the outcome did not meet my expectations of a professional solicitor, and based on my experience I would not choose to use this firm again.
