Communicating each step of the way and always being there on the phone or an email away for a quick question or and in depth discussion about what was happening to the house. I couldn’t recommend this company enough for a sale or buying of a home as they know what they are doing and get everything done in a timely manner letting you know all the ins and outs of the process right up until completion.

View this review on GoogleThis firm acted for my buyers. The transaction was a ghastly nightmare which took five and a half months to get to exchange.
The solicitor's behaviour was extraordinary. She asked for information from the Council twice, rather than all at the same time. It takes two weeks to get this information. The second lot of information requested was - when was the last fire drill and could she see the recent notices of intention. I had seen the latter and there was nothing that could materially affect the buyer. It took her two weeks to inform my solicitor that she was happy with the information received. This could have been assessed in five minutes.
I thought we could finally exchange but a week later was informed by my solicitor that the buyer's solicitor had just told her that she still had to send out the report on title, see if the buyers were happy with it then get their deposit. This was almost five months after starting.
The name Natalie Roberts was on the memo of sale but my solicitor mentioned Sarah Duncan.

The timescale of the sale took a little longer than I initially expected, but this was largely due to the nature of waiting for information from third-party service providers.
Communication throughout was very strong, particularly electronically. When there were things I had overlooked, I was prompted appropriately and given clear, helpful advice. I was also well advised on value for money when considering additional searches or optional work.
When the buyer’s solicitors requested additional actions or costs to help move the process along, everything was explained clearly, including fees and the nature of the work involved.
A real positive was having a direct contact number for my solicitor, alongside strong administrative support throughout. I know others can find it frustrating when they cannot easily contact their solicitor, but that was not my experience at all.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the service, would recommend Chloe unreservedly, and would happily use her again.
