I am compelled to post this review due to unacceptable delays caused by Cullimore Dutton, who act for the sellers of the property I am buying. Their team consistently takes weeks to reply and fails to anticipate standard conveyancing requirements.
Despite being informed months ago about a required title amendment, Sarah (the vendor's solicitor) only submitted the paperwork after relentless chasing from my solicitors. The Land Registry successfully resolved the title issue two weeks ago, yet we are still stalled due to a complete lack of response from Cullimore Dutton. Be prepared for significant delays if your vendor chooses this firm.
Just to add, they submitted incomplete documentation to land registry and hence the sale is stuck. Cherry on the cake is neither is she responding to our solicitor nor to her client who are also chasing Sarah Askey daily.

Kara and Owain especially stood out in their support for us, but everyone was polite, kind, speedy and had answers. We will use the Cullimore Dutton team again for other needs. Thoroughly recommend!

The transaction became quite complex due to issues with the transfer deed and a difficult seller’s solicitor, but Kara and Owain handled the situation professionally and worked hard to ensure everything was legally robust.
We really appreciate the time and effort they put into protecting our position and making sure the documentation was correct before completion. Their attention to detail and commitment to getting things right gave us confidence during what could have been a very stressful process.
