Recently Jeremy prepared wills for us.They are always friendly, professional, provide time and have been sympathetic when dealing with legal matters in relation to the loss of family. Cathy was amazing throughout the entire process. She was always helpful, attentive, and more than happy to answer my questions or take my calls whenever I needed advice. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and it was clear she has many years of experience.
We ran into some issues with the buyer’s solicitors, and although we were expecting to complete on a certain date, their delays meant it was looking increasingly unlikely. Cathy didn’t give up. She was persistent, made the necessary phone calls, and somehow managed to get everything over the line with just 15 minutes to spare!

It had been a difficult year for us as our first purchase fell through, so we went into this one feeling quite anxious. Debbie and Ashleigh were brilliant from start to finish. They were always clear, responsive and patient, and took the time to explain everything properly. We never felt left in the dark and always knew where things stood.
We’re so grateful for the service provided, which allowed us to complete on our first home. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring conveyancing solicitor.

Lindsay dealt promptly with complex inheritance / probate matters. I always received updates from her and Stevie when due. In response to any queries I had, Lindsay was always helpful. As a result of the excellent service provided by them, I then instructed Cuff & Cough on conveyancing. Again this was all handled very quickly and I was always kept informed on any developments and expected timings were met. All those I dealt with at the firm were friendly and communicative and I would not hesitate to instruct them again on any legal matters I have.
