Outstanding Service for Further Leave to Remain Application
I recently applied for my wife’s 2.5-year Further Leave to Remain visa through Crystal Law Solicitors, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Maya was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. She was clear and precise about every document we needed, and her communication made everything feel straightforward and stress-free.
What really stood out was her dedication. She genuinely worked day and night to ensure our application was completed perfectly and submitted on time. We submitted just before Christmas — around 15 December — and within a week we received the decision, and it was accepted. That turnaround speaks volumes about the quality and accuracy of the work she put in.
Crystal Law Solicitors continue to show why they’re one of the best in the city. Their professionalism, commitment, and client care are second to none. I’m extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing immigration support.

I paid around £2,500 for help with my PIP appeal and ended up scoring zero points across all the areas we appealed. Important medical evidence was already there but wasn’t properly identified or presented.
When I told them the outcome, instead of reviewing what went wrong I was told there were “two more stages” we could go to – but each stage would cost more money.
In the end, someone close to me helped go through my medical evidence for free, picked out the key points and patterns in my condition, and helped me take it to tribunal where I actually won and was awarded high rates on both components.
For the amount I paid, the service was extremely poor. I would advise people to be careful before spending their money here.
