Rachel Dunne recently managed the sale of our previous house and purchase of another. We have been extremely pleased with the service we have had from her and her team. View this review on GoogleWe have just used Rachel Dunne at Crossmans for our house purchase and sale after she was recommended by friends of ours. We couldn't be happier with her service - she was extremely responsive and communicative throughout and explained everything very clearly. We were in a long chain and there were several delays caused by other solicitors, but Rachel was very efficient and all the conveyancing on our purchase and sale was done within 2.5 months, meaning it has just gone through before the stamp duty hike. Although Crossmans are not the cheapest, we found them well worth the money and would definitely use them again. This was our second house purchase and we are quickly learning that communicative conveyancers are hard to find and well worth paying for.

She worked beyond her role to help solving a property title issue to push the purchase sale as quick as possible. I met her in person twice in her office and she was professional and pleasant to talk to. I am going back to get quote from her again now for selling my old property.
