They allowed a child to be severely abused.The child is missing since 18/02/25 they separated 3 siblings, completely different country and jurisdiction.The children have been traumatized. All 3 children, foretold, they did not have a voice. They were abused and told to stay with the abusers. They have not seen each other or The mother for over 2 years despite having many professional reports saying that this was damaging the childre, The children never disclosed abuse, they\nAll voiced, the that they wanted to stay in the mother's care and was terrified of being taken away, all 3 were kidnap when a prohibit steps order was in place.And this solicitor said that was okay. The children never disclosed abuse in the care of the mother, they all voiced their opinion to stay in the care of the mother, they were loved and they were happy. The children were removed from jurisdiction have not had any education for 2 years or counselling. And this solicitor decided that it's in their best interest to just leave them there. despite abuse clearly happening as the child had to go to hospital in a different country twice, they also made statements and videos of the abuse and the injuries they suffered, This solicitor does not represent children they hide abuse and failed their duty of care on every level. They will blame the parent who has been trying to safeguard the child and deny that parent any contact with the children 2 years even though they that the children should be relocated out of jurisdiction with no contact order. Are British citizens?Who had been abandoned and abused by this country?And by the solicitor's representthey need justice
View this review on GoogleLike many, I contacted this firm seeking clarity and support during a stressful time. I submitted their online form on Friday the 11th, hoping for at least a basic response. Days passed with no reply—not even a simple note to say they couldn't assist. It's disappointing when a firm promotes strong customer service online but fails to deliver even the minimum. Perhaps it's better to have discovered this early. Others may want to take note before placing their trust here.
View this review on GoogleI was thrown into the world of solicitors and court rooms unexpectedly. I arrived at court unprepared and without a solicitor due to having little to no notice. Fortunately, Deborah was at the court and took me under her wing. Considering we met on that day, within an hour she was then representing me. My worries had been dampened and I was truly grateful. After this I was handed over to Adam, who I have to say has been fantastic. Throughout the entire journey I was kept fully informed.
I didn't have to chase a single time or ask for updates. Adam had a full understanding of the case and I greatly appreciated the reassurance this gave me. Thanks Creighton and partners for making a stressful time that bit easier for me and my family.
