Cozens-Hardy were recommended by our Estate Agent and they didn’t disappoint. Charlotte handled our conveyancing and was ably assisted by Leslie; they were a great team! Charlotte was professional, thorough and kept us well informed throughout the whole process. She was also adept at explaining things clearly and, crucially, was always reassuring and calm. Both Charlotte and Leslie were approachable and responsive and clearly cared about us during the process. We can’t praise them highly enough!

When my mother recently passed away whilst we were in the middle of selling her house, Michelle called me immediately and was not only empathetic but immediately took control of proceedings liaising with the conveyancing solicitor, and was incredibly helpful at such a stressful time. I can not recommend her highly enough.
