I cannot recommend Cowley Di Giorgio Solicitors highly enough.
Roisin and Sophia, have been absolutely outstanding throughout what has been a very long and stressful moving process. We first instructed them in 2025 when we attempted to move house, but due to ill health we had to withdraw from the process. Roisin was incredibly understanding, kind and supportive during that difficult time.
When we were ready to move again, we returned to Cowley Di Giorgio without hesitation. Over the course of our move, we experienced multiple failed property purchases before finally securing our new home. Throughout it all, Roisin remained patient, professional, calm and reassuring. Her advice was always clear, honest and straightforward, which we really appreciated.
Our move involved selling a shared ownership property while simultaneously purchasing a new home, meaning there were multiple parties involved, including a housing association, buyers' solicitors and sellers' solicitors. Despite the complexity, her team kept us informed every step of the way and handled everything efficiently and professionally.
Moving house can be incredibly stressful, and there were times when I felt completely overwhelmed. The level of client care, empathy and communication we received was exceptional. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we always felt supported throughout the process.
Thank you to Roisin and Sophia for helping us navigate such a challenging journey. I would not hesitate to use Cowley Di Georgio Solicitors again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring conveyancing team.

Being local to us made it easy to drop off paperwork and they offered face to face meetings. Moving house is stressful, but Roisin and Sofia took so much of that stress away with thier effort.

I have to commend Roisin, her assistant Sofia and the reception personnel for their highly professional, polite, courteous and efficient services. I received nothing but first rate support and communication throughout the process and when I had cause to pop into the office, Roisin very kindly popped down even though I had not booked an appointment. I have no hesitation recommending Roisin and her team, I will certainly be using them again in the future.
