I cannot recommend Courtney Smith Solicitors highly enough. Nahla Moghazi and Sandil Weliweriya handled both the sale of our previous property and the purchase of a new build, and their service was exceptional from start to finish.
Completion days are notoriously stressful, and when we hit a last-minute roadblock, Nahla and Sandil jumped straight in and resolved it swiftly so we could meet our strict removal deadlines. Their communication was consistent, they handled our contract negotiations perfectly. A huge thank you to them both for successfully getting us moved into our new home!
