Cooper Stott provided excellent conveyancing service while selling my house. The process was straightforward and efficient. Katie Cooper was easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, professional and proactive. All the staff members I dealt with were also professional and provided excellent service. I had a terrible experience with the previous solicitors I used in Durham, so dealing with Cooper Stott made selling my house a breeze. I highly recommend them.
View this review on GoogleFantastic service from this company. They took care of everything when I had to sell my mothers home due to her going into a care home. They made it so easy to handle. Quick seamless process and reasonable and fair costs for their service
View this review on GoogleBest solicitor I found for selling and buying houses. We used Cooper Stott many times. Kathryn and Louise are great at communication- always available to answer phone calls and emails quickly and communicated well to get the sales and purchase done. Highly recommend!
View this review on GoogleI was working with another firm previously on a house sale and when a complex problem came up regarding land registry the firm I was working with said it would take 2 years to resolve and quoted me £2k for the work. I switched to Phil and Kelly from Cooper Stott, following a recommendation from a friend and all got resolved with the house sale completed in 8 months at less than half the price. It would have likely been even quicker if not for delays on the other sides. Phil was also great to speak to, extremely knowledgeable, which was very reassuring, and he kept me in the loop throughout the process. I would recommend.
