View this review on GooglePoor service from the property conveyance Brighton branch of Coole Bevis…two months into the purchasing process of a property the solicitor realises they have a conflict of interest as already representing the seller. What a poor show of service and waste of everyone’s time.
My recommendation: certainly don’t use their property conveyance team!

Professional service tailored to the individual needs. I received realistic advise that achieved the expected results . Whilst the case handling was very effective James did not focus on being aggressive with the other party but rather firm and professional achieving the best results possible. I would highly recommend.

I have been lucky enough to employ her services 4 times since 2007 and her approach has always been consistent. Very professional, great communication, provides informative and constructive advice, and where required will chase the other party to ensure the transaction gets over the line. I could not recommend her enough.
