I trust complex law for my car finance claim. I been asked all the requirements they need which to the best of my knowledge I completed it last month , since I haven’t heard from them yet. I am hoping the negative reviews are not true. If I missed something to complete what they need, I hope they’ll tell me. Otherwise how are we going to trust them. This is all for me for now……. The complex law emailed me on 7. July.26. They’re good of informing clients what’s the movement, I started last year May 2025, hopefully for over a year there will be a good news soon.

View this review on GoogleDo NOT respond to their adverts… you’ll suddenly find yourself embroiled as instructing them to act … I was not aware I’d agreed to them seeking compensation for car commission payment… however Suzuki contacted me to say they’d insinuated I had… when I told Complex to cancel they’ve asked for £1008 in fees!!! I’m taking this to STA, FCA, Barrister etc etc. DO NOT GET INVOLVED.

I contacted them thinking I might get a few hundred back, but I ended up canceling this contract and now I have to pay over 200 pounds,for holding my file for a few weeks........I don't know how it works, you apply but without a passport, without any proof of address. They basically hook you up quickly and ask for your documents after a few weeks. Once hooked up, whether you want it or not, whether you get a refund or not, or cancel, you still have to pay. Be careful, good people. Don't mess with them, because there is nothing to gain. You will end up paying for nothing. They kept me hooked for months, with a spell, because they are waiting for I don't know what information from the government. It is a total lie. Be careful!
View this review on GoogleComplete and utter waste of time. Applied to see if I was entitled to any refund re mis-sold car finance. Very little information shared, just kept being told to wait. Then got an email saying 'not possible, too much time has passed since your loan'. I emailed to say what a waste of time, surely you knew this on day one. They have replied this morning saying we no longer handle your case. We have received this information from your lender for your records. They sent my own email back to me!!!! Farce!
