We are extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this solicitor. They drafted a business lease in a personal name instead of a limited company, exposing us to serious personal liability and putting our home at risk.
This is not a minor oversight — it is a fundamental and inexcusable failure of professional duty. At no stage were we properly advised of the risks or given the option to structure the lease correctly. We trusted their expertise, and that trust has been completely undermined.
The consequences of this negligence have been severe, causing significant stress and potential financial harm to our family. Any competent solicitor should know the importance of separating personal and business liability, and the fact this was ignored is deeply concerning.
We feel let down, misled, and frankly shocked at the lack of care shown. We would strongly warn others to think very carefully before using this firm.
