My son, a first-time buyer, had to navigate a lease extension, on top of the stress of purchasing his new home, and the team at Coles Miller could not have been more helpful or professional. Particular thanks go to Laura Bowie, who ensured that the purchase went ahead before Christmas, which was very important to my son. It has meant that we can start the year planning his refurbishment project and we are very grateful for Laura's help in achieving this.
