I used Coles Miller for the purchase of a 2 bedroom in Dorset and I had the best experience I could have hoped for! From start to finish they have been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, fast and also supportive with what was a tricky vendor and overall purchase.
I dealt with Laura Hall who was superb for the whole process. I can give them 5 stars with full confidence also because I had recently sold my property and used a different solicitor which made the process an absolute nightmare and unnecessarily longer than it should have been.
Coles Miller is more expensive than other options but it is worth every penny if you want peace of mind that things will be done timely and correctly.
View this review on GoogleI just want to say how amazing Lianne Clenton Bray was at helping us buy our new house in Swanage. We had problems with the survey on the first house we were buying and had to withdraw our offer, she was so supportive and patient us. We also had problems at the end of they buying process and again she was so professional, helpfull and suportive and was just so aprochable and frindly, it was a pleasure to work with her and her team. Thank you Lianne for helping us buy our dream house by the sea, we love it.
View this review on GoogleRoger Miller recently dealt with the sale of a property in Canford Heath on my behalf. It was the easiest sale/purchase I have ever been involved in and was dealt without difficulty and in a very speedy manner.
View this review on Google"I recently used Miss Hall at Coles Miller Solicitors to sell my mother's bungalow in Tonbridge, and the whole process was very good. Communication was excellent throughout, which made a potentially difficult process, with power of attorney in place, completely stress-free. I highly recommend her and the team at Coles Miller!"
