Friends of ours had used Alison Edwards and were very complementary, so we asked her to help us with our wills. From the start we were impressed with not just her knowledge but with her guidance as to what was the best for us.
Three years later when we moved house we took the opportunity to revisit our wills and again Alison was immensely helpful, again providing pertinent guidance to ensure our wills would do exactly what we wished for.

Caroline assisted me throughout a rather lengthy and complex property repossession claim, for a property I was renting out where the tenant stopped paying rent and refused to leave. The advice and guidance provided throughout was excellent, as was the end result. I would highly recommend Cognitive Law and Caroline for anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.
