No question was ever considered too silly, and I always felt comfortable asking for clarification whenever I needed it. Buying a house can be stressful, but I was kept informed throughout and felt reassured that everything was progressing as it should.
One of the most impressive aspects was that the completion date discussed right at the start was achieved exactly as planned. This was no small feat and demonstrated excellent organisation, efficiency, and proactive management of the transaction.
The team also worked brilliantly alongside my estate agents, Quarters, ensuring everyone stayed aligned and that the process kept moving smoothly. Their collaborative approach helped keep everything bobbing along nicely and prevented unnecessary delays.
