**Exceptional support from the very first call**
I have worked in service delivery and customer experience for the past six years, so I understand how important the first interaction with an organisation can be.
Julia Clifford was exactly the person I needed when I first called. This was the third firm I had contacted that day, at a time when I felt frightened and uncertain about what to do next. Julia responded with genuine empathy and listened before discussing costs. She provided clarity, reassurance and helpful initial guidance, and I immediately felt that I had finally reached the right people.
Julia is the reason I chose to instruct the firm.
