View this review on GoogleI'm sure I wrote a review when I originally used Clarkes to purchase my property nearly 6 years ago, maybe they had it removed. They are absolutely abysmal and I am still encountering issues all this time later when i'm selling the property (using a different solicitors firm and receiving exceptional service). Just found out that the warranty for my new build was never activated which they were supposed to do on completion and forward the documents to me. I wouldn't entrust a pet goldfish to Emma Evans or Jonathan Mason. I went through a formal complaint at the time only to be fobbed off.
If you value your sanity, avoid them like the plague.
