On all topics they have been incredibly thorough, fastidiously detailed and totally proactive. Communication is thorough and extremely clear so you understand where you are, what is happening next and generally are ahead of any issues or problems.
Some reviews have talked about rudeness and I totally disagree. They have always offered a straight talking approach and if you are someone that values pats on the head versus through, detailed and trustworthy legal service then this is a missed opportunity. I have always felt supported and have total trust and confidence in this company and particularly Babs who has an exemplar reputation as an expert in her field and who has shown great kindness, patience and proactivity throughout. So often conveyances go wrong due to lack of responsive legal professionals and you will have none of that here.
Fees are very reasonable for the services provided and communication is swift, responsive and totally informative.
I do not hesitate in recommending this company and have felt totally supported whether its professional services or private services.
