My experience with Clarke Mairs was a faultless and excellent one. Starting with my initial conversation with Tim Clarke, who was friendly and full of advice, it set the tone to what would come. Leslie was simply brilliant. My good fortune to have someone as dilligent, supportive and proactive as her. Coleen completed an all round excellent service. They are highly recommended.
View this review on GoogleI've used Stephen Donohue for a number of house purchases and sales over the years, and he's been brilliant every single time. In fact, the reason I keep coming back is because of the service Stephen provides.
Buying and selling houses can be stressful, but he always makes the process feel much more manageable. He explains things clearly, and keeps everything moving along without you having to chase for updates and will hold other solicitors to account when a process is not done correctly.
If you're looking for a conveyancing solicitor, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stephen. There's a reason I've gone back to him for multiple transactions, and I'd happily use him again in the future.

Jasmine was brilliant. Very professional, extremely prompt in responding to any queries and she explained things with great precision and clarity.
Our buyers' solicitors were problematic, repeatedly asking for the same information, whilst also giving wrong information about the structure of the chain. Yet Jasmine was tireless in responding to the seemingly endless requests whilst also applying pressure to keep the process moving.
What should have been a very simple transaction became very protracted and might have collapsed all together if it hadn't been for all her efforts and diligence. Thanks again Jasmine!
