We were very happy with the service we received throughout the entire process. Everyone at Clarks Brookes Turner Cary from the receptionists to Tiegan, Kiren, and Chantelle was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional.
They worked efficiently and kept things moving as quickly as possible, enabling us to complete within just a month of reserving our house, which we really appreciated.

Kirendip, my allocated solicitor, realized that I was rushing to complete my mortgage due to personal circumstances. She took the time to clearly explain what was at stake and guided me patiently through every step. Kirendip is bold, dedicated, and always puts her clients first, even if that means waiting longer to ensure everything is done right. She followed up daily and responded promptly to every single email.
Jay was really amazing, responsive, honest, and genuinely supportive throughout the process.
I won’t leave out Tiegan, the receptionist. She is absolutely wonderful and professional, always speaking to me respectfully and kindly each time I called in. There was also another team member whose name I didn’t catch, but she was equally pleasant and helpful whenever I spoke with her.
I highly recommend Clark Brookes if you’re about to start your mortgage journey. They’re a team that truly cares and will stand by you when it matters most.

If it wasn’t for Katie I am not sure how we would have got through such a tough process. Katie is always very professional, and I have never known a solicitor respond to emails so promptly! Katie never failed to provide us with an update when she had one available.
We also used Katie to purchase our first home back in 2022, and went back to her again in 2025 when we decided we were going to move house. My husband and I would recommend Katie to any friends or family members going forwards.
View this review on GoogleI have just completed the smoothest house purchase of my life, entirely thanks to Tracy Barnsley and her team. Buying an auction property on a super-quick deadline is notoriously stressful, but Tracy made it feel effortless.
She navigated a 'perfect storm' for me: 8 pages of complex questions from bridging loan solicitors and a completely non-responsive seller’s solicitor who refused to cooperate. Most people would have passed that stress onto the client, but Tracy did the opposite. She shielded me from the background minutiae, only bringing me in when absolutely necessary, yet still ensuring I had daily updates.
The true measure of her dedication came at the end when Tracy mentioned she’d had 'sleepless nights' over the file. I, however, slept like a baby throughout the journey because she carried that burden for me. Even my broker commented on her brilliance and is now referring his own clients to her.
The wider team was equally supportive and responsive; I never had to explain my file twice. If you want a solicitor who is professional, reassuring, and has your best interests at heart, look no further. I’m already looking forward to using Tracy’s services for the next one!
