Their fee was more than reasonable - they honoured a quote given more than 12 months before the sale was completed. Highly recommended.

We used them in the purchase of our family home, the sellers had several hiccups and I truly believe had it not been for the competance of the team at CDL the process would have been a lot longer and more stressful. The team were on ball and keeping us informed at every turn. All in all an outstanding team and we will be using them again in the future.

Our solicitor was Martin Priest, he was quick, very efficient and got the process completed for us with very little fuss. He was always at the end of an email if needed and was always available to speak to. As first time buyers the process can be daunting, so having a reliable and knowledgeable solicitor is crucial, so we would definitely recommend 5⭐
