I recently contacted the firm to arrange for some paperwork to be signed in relation to a transfer of equity. Daniel responded promptly, booked me in for an appointment without delay, and clearly explained everything I needed to bring with me, making the whole process smooth and straightforward.
When an unexpected issue arose with an additional document needing to be signed, I got back in touch and, once again, Daniel was quick to respond and invited me back in to get everything sorted with no hassle.
My ex-partner’s solicitors were going back and forth over various discrepancies, but Daniel remained calm, informative, and supportive. Thanks to his guidance and efficiency, the matter was resolved far more quickly than I had expected.

I personally have used Chris Clark Solicitors on 3 separate occasions, when buying our first property, later selling that property and more recently the purchase of our new property last month. The last two times our affairs were handled by Ken Calladine who is a top bloke, very efficient, professional and knowledgeable, being competitive with their pricing is just an added benefit and another reason you should look no further for all of your legal requirements!
