From start to finish, everything was explained clearly and in a way I could understand, which made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with.
She was always patient, respectful, and supportive, and took the time to go through all the details properly with me. I really appreciated how she handled everything with care and made sure I was fully prepared and informed at each stage.
Although the outcome of my case was not what I had hoped for, I am still very grateful for the effort she put into representing me, including preparing a strong statement and closing speech. Her professionalism and approach throughout the process were excellent.
