I instructed Chase Morgan for family law matter and was supported by solicitor Amardeep throughout the whole process.
Amardeep was brilliant- professional but really empathetic and understanding. I found the situation I was in quite distressing and the other person involved very high conflict and I felt he really handled the other party very well despite them being this way. I got a really positive outcome that I wanted and Amardeep managed my expectations throughout.
Thank you Amardeep for all the help you have done for me but especially for my child and letting them have their voice heard and recognised.

It beggars belief how they are paid to undertake legal work when clients are having to guide them on leasehold matters. The Conveyancer by the name of Ahmed Esa seems clueless and clearly needs further legal training. From being ill informed about basic leasehold information to misreading legal documents lead to needless delays. It was very frustrating to deal with pointless enquiries where separate legal issues being included. Avoid this firm at all cost!
View this review on GoogleIf I could provide zero stars I would. I paid money on account which I asked to be returned in a matter of hours. No client care letter signed and no instructions provided. Carol the office manager aggressively called me to tell me I owed almost £1,000. Seems like a scam. The solicitor Ahmed failed to reply to any emails when I asked for my money back and did not know anything telling me a senior partner would call but never did. Not a firm I would ever recommend. My money is still retained which is highly concerning.

I was given an appointment, but when I arrived, they told me there was no solicitor available. At the very least, they should have informed me by email in advance.
Because of this, my work is now delayed, and with the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) everything is closed. I had been given this appointment since Thursday morning, so this situation is extremely frustrating.
