I had an excellent experience with CP Law throughout my house purchase and genuinely can’t recommend them highly enough.
From start to finish, they were prompt, professional, transparent, and consistently kept me updated at every stage of the process. I always felt they had my best interests at heart and took the time to explain things clearly, which made what can often be a very stressful process feel far more manageable.
They were also incredibly kind and approachable throughout, and their communication was outstanding — I never felt left in the dark or like I had to chase for updates.
Buying and moving house can be overwhelming, especially for first time home buyers, but CP Law made the entire experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. I’m very grateful for all of their support and would absolutely use them again in future.

From what is a very daunting process for first time buyers, they made it easy for us. Every team member we spoke to over the phone or email were very professional. View this review on GoogleCP Law were our buyer’s solicitor and they made us lose our buyer for our new build flat in the town centre despite several other flats selling in our block over the past few years. There was nothing wrong with the flat and we had endless enquiries, most were repetitive and pointless just to cover their backs. Enquiries were very slow from the solicitor and questions about unadopted roads in the town centre! How are we meant to answer that along with and questioning whether we have warranties for the heating system and pipe work for a new build flat! Very unreasonable and time wasters.
