We recently appointed Challenor Gardiner to handle the conveyance for our house sale and purchase. The team of Curtis, Alexia and Samuel were excellent throughout the whole process. Curtis, the lead solicitor is highly professional with great attention to detail and made the whole process clear and easy to understand, promptly dealing withany queries as they arose. I would certainly instruct them again.

They were very fast at answering our enquiries as well as thorough and provided ample reassurance when we needed it. The process was so smooth and did not take as long as we'd expected. I highly recommend this firm as it is also so useful to have a local firm to drop documents into, and they are so nice in person.
