I had a great experience with Claire at Capstone Solicitors. She was extremely helpful, communicative, and efficient throughout the entire process, always keeping me updated and responding promptly to any queries. It has been a pleasure working with her on my property sale.
Their pricing was also very competitive, and the service was smooth and professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend.

The service was fantastic. Abi was incredibly quick to respond to enquiries and she was proactive throughout the whole process. We felt fully involved and informed and the conveyancing process felt stress free. We would highly recommend Abi and Capstone.
View this review on GoogleVery poor experience with Capstone Solicitors. In my opinion, they care far more about getting paid than about the damage their mistakes and delays cause their clients. The billing was confusing, inconsistent, and kept changing. When I challenged extra charges, instead of getting a clear and honest explanation, I was given different excuses and shifting figures.
What made it worse was the complete lack of care for the financial pressure this put on me. It felt like it did not matter to them whether I lost money or not, as long as they got theirs. I also felt they pushed too far into my private financial information, more to protect themselves than to help me, and with very little respect for my privacy.
Overall, I found them extremely expensive, careless, and hard to trust. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise people to avoid this firm, get every figure confirmed in writing, and check every bill very carefully.
