  We cannot thank the team at Caddick Davies enough for their outstanding support throughout my son's speeding case. They made what was a very stressful situation feel straightforward and manageable from start to finish.

  David was extremely responsive to all communication and took the time to explain every aspect of the case clearly, ensuring that we fully understood the process at every stage. My son was facing the possibility of losing his driving licence, so having such professional guidance was invaluable.

  Special thanks also go to Richard, who represented my son in court. Thanks to his excellent representation, my son was able to keep his licence, received a reasonable fine, and only had a temporary suspension. Importantly, it did not affect his points.

  I first approached Caddick Davies, along with several other solicitors, in December 2025 following a driving offence. After speaking with Neil Davies, I decided to place my trust in Caddick Davies because of the compassion, reassurance, and support he provided during those difficult first few days.

  Although I was not formally charged until March 2026, Neil was always available to answer my questions and offer guidance. His support remained consistent throughout the entire process.

  I was facing a serious charge with potentially life-changing consequences. Baljit Ahluwalia represented me in court, and together, Neil and Baljit prepared me thoroughly for every possible outcome. They explained each stage of the process clearly, helping me remain calm and informed while never once making me feel judged.

  I am pleased to say that the outcome was far better than anyone could have expected. I genuinely believe this was due in large part to the outstanding support I received from both Neil and Baljit, as well as Baljit’s calm, professional, and highly effective representation in court.

  I cannot praise Caddick Davies enough for the help they provided. Christopher Green (who handled the case from the outset) and Baljit Ahluwalia (who dealt with the final Hearing) were both outstanding (and a great credit to their firm). At every stage of the process Christopher and then Baljit provided clear and balanced legal advice (I particularly liked that they did not give false hope - they instead gave a positive but realistic appraisal of the chances of success). I believe that Baljit's excellent handling of the final Hearing was vital in us securing an extremely positive result.

  Having never had dealings with a solicitor before I was a little nervous, from first contact I was made to feel at ease no judgement was cast and I was given sound advice. After my first phone call, I was in contact with Kane Harwell he kept me updated and informed and was always available to answer questions or concerns that I had. On going to court i was incredibly nervous but was made to feel comfortable. I was guided through what was going to happen questions that will be asked and what to expect in court. I got a positive outcome which was amazing kept my licence which meant I kept my job and my home. Cannot praise these people enough thank you so much

  I was originally facing a driving disqualification of between 17 and 28 months, a substantial fine, and community service for my driving offence. I pleaded guilty as I had no defence.

  Sarah Randles was patient, supportive, and incredibly professional. She took the time to discuss my case in detail and helped me understand how to present myself in the best possible light to the court. Her confidence, knowledge, and calm, well-spoken manner gave me reassurance throughout what was a very stressful process.

  Thanks to Sarah’s hard work and representation, the outcome was far better than I had expected. Instead of a much longer disqualification, community service, and a larger fine, I received a 12-month disqualification, a reduced fine, and no community service. Thank you sarah
