We’ve been through conveyancing for purchases and sales with different firms before, and have had pretty awful experiences. These are including and not limited to having our file given to numerous different solicitors like it’s a game of pass the parcel, lack of updates, being effectively non contactable, and a lack of transparency.
Working with Gail, thankfully, was a ‘night and day’ difference to our previous difficulties.
Gail is fast (and I mean really fast, but yet still thorough), efficient and helpful. Clearly she has a lot of experience and really knows what she is doing, but beyond this, she provides an outstanding customer experience. It often felt like Gail was only working on our case (of course, we know that’s not true!!).
No ball dropping, confusion or unnecessary delays from her side - just seamless, on-time delivery, and for that we are so grateful and cannot recommend her enough.
