View this review on GoogleI was represented by Courtney Pearce and I would highly recommend her for Right to buy property purchases as she was excellent. The purchase was quite long and she was extremely patient with me and the Council when retrieving the information from us and remained very professional throughout. She was very thorough with all the fine details and was great at explaining what documents meant or breaking down the legal language. Communication was always consistent and available with Courtney and she was always great at keeping me up to date with the process.

Two, reached a successful conclusion, whereas one of them was aborted, by no means in any way due to them, rather owing to a 'discovery' which surfaced, following enquiries, resulting in the transaction impossible for us to conclude.
The most recent conveyance was completed on 5 August 2026
I must compliment the work carried out by Courtney Pearce, ably assisted by Kyla Mateer, who worked tirelessly, dealing with several unusual hurdles en route.
There needs to be a special mention of the Head of Compliance, Richard Barr, who was of great help to us.

View this review on GoogleWe sold our flat back to the council and a few firms were just not interested in acting for us. Burt Brill and Cardens had no issues, with a two tier fee system to cover any exceptional issues from the local authority explained up front and honestly. Vicki Fletcher was our lawyer and she smoothed the whole process. Always communicated well either directly or through her assistant Ruth. No real issues and we paid the lower tier fee. A great team and will certainly use B B and C again. Many thanks.
