My wife and I have had the good fortune to use David Gay's Conveyancing Department at Burningham & Brown to buy and sell a number of properties in Bath over the last few years. Through Probate & Will administration, will writing, Lasting Powers of Attorney and conveyancing I have constantly received excellent advice and marvellous customer service. I would highly recommend them.
View this review on Google4 years plus some months on and Burningham & Brown have still not been able to transfer the leasehold for my property, despite both parties being happy to do so. Not terribly happy with the service to say the least.
