I was particularly impressed by the online portal which tracked progress with the move. A simple but very effective way to keep me informed at each step. I never had to chase or ask for updates. From start to finish, Emily and Lydi-Marie were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They were always happy to answer my questions, explain the process clearly, and provide reassurance whenever needed. Communication was excellent throughout, they were easy to contact, responsive, and kept me informed at every stage. Unlike some conveyancing experiences I've heard about, I rarely had to chase for updates, which made the whole process far less stressful.
They were especially helpful when a dispute arose regarding damage that occurred on completion day. Their advice, support, and expertise helped me achieve a satisfactory resolution, and I felt confident throughout that my interests were being properly represented.
As a first-time buyer, I also found Burgh Thorpe's online portal and systems excellent. The platform was straightforward, easy to use, and provided clear updates and information, making it easy to understand exactly where things stood throughout the transaction.
