Laura and her team were meticulous in all areas and very professional in the conveyancing. It was nice to be able to talk to the team whenever the need arose putting us at ease throughout the process.

We worked closely with Socratis across both workstreams and, despite the complexity and tight timelines involved, the service we received was outstanding. As complete laypeople going into the process, we really valued how generous Socratis was with his time. He explained everything clearly, kept us fully informed throughout, and made sure we never felt uncertain or out of the loop.

My first transaction was unable to completed due to the disqualified Tri-fire certificate. Mr. Komodromos gave me important advice for my choice.
Following was also another bad experience with an irresponsible real estate agent, Foxt***. During the property sale process, apart from constantly pushing me to complete the transaction as quickly as possible, he would simply say that everything else was “not his responsibility” or just ignored all my enquiries.
Mr. Komodromos used to standd up for me in certain situations. Even though it was only a few short remarks, I was deeply touched by the support. I knew he did not have the obligation to do so but he did it.

After two failed attempts to buy our first home due to poor communication from previous conveyancers, working with Socratis and his team at Bryan & Mercer was a completely different experience.
They were professional, diligent, and kept us updated at every stage. Most importantly, when they committed to a date for a document or response, they always delivered. Even when last‑minute issues arose on the seller’s side, we felt fully supported and reassured throughout.
During the uncertain moments, one thing was clear: if this purchase fell through, we already knew who our solicitors would be going forward.
We highly recommend Bryan & Mercer, especially if you’ve had difficult experiences elsewhere. They communicate clearly, handle challenges confidently, and genuinely have your best interests at heart.
